Finding your next obsession
Finding your next obsession
Ordinary people, but there's nothing ordinary about their lives.
Ordinary People (2026) is a Nigerian action-thriller series created and directed by Moses Inwang. Set in Mirage Estate, an upscale Lagos community, it follows residents whose seemingly ordinary lives conceal dangerous secrets. After seven years on the run, notorious criminal Tornado and his wife pose as bakery owners, hoping to recover their frozen assets and settle old scores. Unbeknownst to them, some neighbours are undercover intelligence agents hunting them. Meanwhile, Dare Laguda, a curious new resident and skilled hacker, secretly monitors the estate's residents. As their hidden identities, criminal pasts, betrayals and personal struggles collide, the peaceful community becomes a battleground of suspense, deception and survival. Featuring Ramsey Nouah, Adunni Ade, Chidi Mokeme, Sharon Ooja and Shawn Faqua, the series explores loyalty, revenge, corruption, ambition and redemption.
